Brush your teeth with elmex jelly

  • Everyone knows how to brush their teeth. For many, it is the first activity in the morning after getting up and the last activity in the evening before going to bed.
  • However, very few toothbrush fans also use elmex gelee, although this additional all-round protection is recommended.
  • The use of elmex gelee ensures additional caries prophylaxis, remineralization of the initial caries and the treatment of hypersensitive tooth necks.
  • Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, treatment should be carried out once a week. The target groups are mainly adults, but also children from the age of 7.
  • The tube should be stored upside down and not above 25 degrees.
  • Another special feature is the closure. To prevent children from accidentally opening the tube, there is a special lock that makes it impossible for children to open the tube.

The right application makes it

  1. The correct use of elmex gelee is achieved when you put about 1cm of the jelly on your toothbrush. Moisten the toothbrush lightly and brush your teeth thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Make sure you brush all your teeth carefully as well. A 30-40 second timer can help you spend the same amount of time on each side. The cleaning time must not be longer than 5 minutes.
  3. After the treatment, rinse your mouth carefully with lukewarm water.
  4. Improved oral hygiene should be achieved after just a few applications.

According to the manufacturer, the tube can be kept for at least 20 months after opening. The additional brushing of your teeth with elmex gelee is definitely worth a recommendation. Because even a small amount of extra effort will result in significantly improved oral hygiene. The dentist will thank you!
